Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with 24-hour notice if you want to change or cancel your appointment. Clients who cancel their appointment within 24 hours or do not show up to their appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) via their saved card.

Late Policy

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service, as it cannot be completed within the remaining timeframe. All attempts to reschedule promptly will be made. A rescheduling fee equal to 10% of the total cost of the booked service(s) will apply. If we do not hear from you after 10 minutes, your appointment is considered a “No-show” and you will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) via your saved card.

Space Policy

Due to the small space of our salon, we kindly ask that you not bring any family members, including children and any friends with you to your appointment.

Covid-19 Prevention Policy

It is mandatory for all clients to sanitise their hands on entering our salon, scan the QR code for Covid-19 tracing, and wear a mask throughout their salon visit.

Payment Policy

Payments need to be made before you leave the salon. We accept cash and bank transfer (PayID)

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards can be used to pay for all the services in our salon but they are non-refundable and not redeemed for cash. 

NAIL SERVICE POLICIES

If a nail is damaged to self negligence within the first 3 days of wearing, it is the client’s liability to pay for repairs. We do not repair nails done by other salons.
