GENERAL BUSINESS POLICIES

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with 24-hour notice if you want to change or cancel your appointment. Clients who cancel their appointment within 24 hours or do not show up to their appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) via their saved card.

Late Policy

Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service as it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. A rescheduling fee of $5 will be charged. If we do not hear from you after 10 minutes, your appointment is considered as a “No-show” and you will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) via your saved card.

Space Policy

Due to the small space of our salon, we kindly ask that you not bring any family members, including children and any friends with you to your appointment.

Covid-19 Prevention Policy

It is mandatory for all clients to sanitise their hands on entering our salon, scan the QR code for Covid-19 tracing, and wear a mask throughout their salon visit.

Payment Policy

Payments need to be made before you leave the salon. We accept cash and bank transfer (PayID)

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards can be used to pay for all the services in our salon but they are non-refundable and not redeemed for cash. 

NAIL SERVICE POLICIES

If a nail is damaged to self negligence within the first 3 days of wearing, it is the client’s liability to pay for repairs. We do not repair nails done by other salons.

LASH EXTENSION SERVICE POLICIES

Daily cleansing (except the 24 hours after the full set/ refill) is recommended to maintain your natural eye health, also a cleanse before the appointment for optimal result.

 

If you come to the salon with dirty lashes (makeup at the base, eye shadow, mascara, etc), you will have to pay $10 additional for the technician to perform a lash cleanse prior to beginning your appointment. 

 

As part of the procedure, eye irritation, eye pain, eye itching, discomfort and in rare cases eye infection may occur. If you experience any of the issues with your lashes, you can contact the technician and have your eyelashes removed immediately and consult a physician at your own expense. 

 

Refunds of any kind will not be given as you are paying for the technician’s time and supplies. However, in the unlikely event of a reaction within the first 48 hours after your appointment (redness, itchiness, and swelling), you will be entitled to free removal of your lashes after you have seen a medical professional at your own expense. Hereafter the removal fee will be $15. 

 

Eyelashes are constantly growing, shedding and replacing themselves with new lashes. In order to maintain the full effect, you will require regular refills every 2 – 5 weeks depending on your lash growth. 

 

You need to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the technician. Failure to follow the aftercare instructions can cause the eyelash extensions to fall out prematurely.
